Our rouille can be used to garnish croutons, or directly in our fish soups by adding 1 to 3 teaspoons of rouille sauce to your bowl or plate. It can also be spread on toast, on its own or with a small piece of cooked or cold fish, shellfish or cooked shrimp, or as an accompaniment to a fondue bourguignonne or a pierrade!
