Studded with wakame seaweed, our Coral lentil concassé combines sweet potato, onion, apple, red pepper and lemon... Subtly spiced up with a touch of curry, turmeric, garlic and red chilli, it's enhanced by a touch of coconut milk for a tasty, melt-in-your-mouth result!
Healthy, tasty and filling, it invites vegetables and pulses, a source of vegetable protein, to aperitifs and other good times... To be shared as an aperitif on toast, breadsticks or raw vegetables, this delicious vegetarian recipe can also be added to a sandwich, a buddha bowl or a naan garnished with vegetables to extend the tasty Indian escape!
