If you haven’t received the product you ordered, please send us a photo of the contents of your parcel with the order number and customer number via our online form or by email to serviceclient@labelleiloise.fr.
Unfortunately, because our products are particularly heavy, they can sometimes be knocked around during transport. This can sometimes damage the tins, without leaving any visible marks on the outer packaging. Our logistics team has worked on strengthening our packaging and packing methods to protect products. Despite this, some containers may still arrive damaged. In this case, please send us a photo of your parcel with the order number and customer number by email to serviceclient@labelleiloise.fr.

You’ll receive an update by email when your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. You can track your order on your customer account.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you’ll receive an email and/or a text message from them informing you of the delivery date.

Fees for each delivery method are automatically calculated during ordering and provided in real time on the basket page: - Delivery at a collection point (Mondial Relay): €6 incl. VAT (free delivery for orders of €30 and over) - Standard home delivery (Colissimo): €6 incl. VAT (free delivery for orders of €80 and over) - to your home by 24/48 hr. express delivery with Chronopost. €8 incl. VAT for orders of €80 incl. VAT and over, then €3 incl. VAT for orders above €80 incl. VAT. Express delivery is available for all orders under €200 incl. VAT in Metropolitan France (not including Corsica)
Once we’ve received your order, the estimated time for preparation and delivery is 4 working days (excl. Express delivery). Your orders are processed by our teams from Monday to Friday (excl. bank holidays). Orders made on our website on Saturdays and Sundays are processed on Monday. Delivery times are given as an indication only and can change due to unforeseen transport issues. During high demand periods for haulage companies (particularly Christmas), delivery times may be longer. This information will be given on the home page of our website.
If you’re collecting your order at a Mondial Relay collection point, you have 8 days to collect your parcel. After which Mondial Relay will take back your parcel. You’ll be refunded once our warehouse has received the parcel.
Please track the progress of your order in your customer account or check any emails we’ve sent you. If the status of your parcel is ‘Sent’, this means your order has been handed to the carrier. They’ll contact you as soon as possible to give you a delivery date.
