Home delivery

La Poste Colissimo Suivi

Delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday in mainland France (including Monaco and Corsica), within an estimated 4 days (excluding Corsica*) of receipt of your order by our teams.

Your delivery in mainland France costs €6 and is free for orders over €80.

*Excluding Corsica = estimated delivery time between 5 and 8 days

How does it work?

La Poste will inform you by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

If you are absent, you can use your delivery notice to reschedule a home delivery (within 6 days) or collect your parcel from the post office within 10 days.

What are the terms and conditions?

This method of transport is valid for all orders weighing less than 50 kg.

Above this weight, your parcels will be sent to you by courier, using a specialised carrier.

Relay Point delivery

Mondial Relay : a simple solution!

Delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday, within an estimated 5 days of receipt of your order by our teams. There is a fixed delivery charge of €2 for delivery to Points Relais®, and delivery is free for orders over €30.

A unique network of 11,000 Points Relais® in France to collect your parcel wherever you like! Superstores, newsagents, dry cleaners, florists... Mondial Relay Relay Points® are your local retailers. Take advantage of their extensive network: you're sure to find a Relay® Point near you to collect your parcel!

How does it work?

You'll be informed by e-mail the day your order arrives at the Points Relais®. Since 1 November 2022, Mondial Relay parcels are kept for 8 days at the retailer's premises.

To track your parcel, go to the ‘Parcel Tracking’ section of the Mondial Relay website, with your parcel number.

What are the conditions?

This delivery method is only valid for parcels weighing less than 20kg.

The delivery offer does not apply to islands and enclaves.

La livraison à domicile Express

Chronopost 24-48h

Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, in mainland France (excluding Corsica).

Express 24h/48h home delivery is available for a flat rate of :

- 8€ for all orders under 80€.

- 3€ for all orders over 80€.

How does it work?

From Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays, orders placed before 1pm on our labelleiloise.fr website are handed over to the carrier the same day.

Orders from Friday to Sunday will be picked up by the carrier from the following Monday.

When the parcel is picked up, Chronopost will send you an e-mail (if you do not open the e-mail within the hour, you will receive an SMS) to inform you of the delivery of your parcel. You can contact Chronopost during the day using the ‘Predict’ tool to reschedule delivery if you wish.

On the day of delivery, Chronopost will send you an email and a text message with an estimated delivery time of 1 hour. You can then give instructions to reschedule the delivery up to 1 hour before the driver arrives. Your parcel will be handed over in exchange for your signature in compliance with the barrier gestures.

If delivery fails: Chronopost will inform you by e-mail that your parcel has not been delivered. If you do not open the e-mail within one hour, you will receive a text message. You can interact with Chronopost via the ‘Predict’ tool to reschedule the delivery date.

It is therefore imperative that you give us your mobile phone number when you place your order. Without this information, delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery times

- Home delivery with La Poste Colissimo suivi in mainland France: estimated delivery in 4 days (5 to 8 days for delivery to Corsica)

- Delivery to Mondial Relay relay points in mainland France: estimated delivery in 5 days in France and Belgium

- Express home delivery in mainland France: estimated delivery in 24/48 hours for all orders placed before 1pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Your orders are received by our teams from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on our website on Saturdays and Sundays are processed on Mondays.

- Working days for our workshops: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

- Working days for carriers: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

During periods of peak carrier activity (end-of-year celebrations, Valentine's Day, etc.), delivery times may be extended.

La belle-iloise makes every effort to meet delivery deadlines. However, la belle-iloise cannot be held responsible for possible delays in delivery due to a major holiday with high delivery traffic (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day...) or to any case of force majeure.
