Escape to the citrus garden
In this recipe, the tangy flavour of the kumquat, also known as the 'golden orange', is combined with the freshness of the green pepper. Combined with grapeseed oil, naturally rich in vitamin E and polyphenols (antioxidant molecules), they magnify the taste and authentic benefits of sardines! #sardinesgreenpepperkumquat
Journey under a golden sun
The fragrant heat of turmeric, an antioxidant super-spice, combines with the lemony, flowery notes of Batak berries, a rare pepper picked wild on the island of Sumatra. Even better than a classic hummus, this delicious organic and plant-based recipe offers the surprise of a tasty crushed French chickpea studded with kombu royal, a brown seaweed grown by our producer-partner in a Natura 2000 zone on the south Finistère coast.
