With just 11% added sugar and 84Kcal per 100g - the equivalent of a fruit yoghurt - it's a less sweet, lower calorie alternative to traditional jams, confits or chutneys... Practical, it keeps for 2 years at room temperature, and once opened can be kept in the fridge for 15 days.
With this condiment, you'll get all the benefits of fruit and be introduced to the antioxidant power of Brittany seaweed. A source of vitamins, sea minerals, fibre and protein, kombu royal is one of the richest sources of iodine, selenium, magnesium, potassium and iron. Kiwi fruit is rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, carotenoids and potassium. With apples, which are also a source of antioxidant vitamins, there's plenty to keep you fit and energised!
