Fished when ripe and in season, as close as possible to where we are, our sardines are processed fresh, by hand, within 24 hours of receipt. Prepared in the purest respect for tradition, their finesse is the fruit of precise techniques handed down from generation to generation. Carefully selected, brined and trimmed, they are packed in tins with the greatest delicacy after cooking. Carefully lined up, they are presented in their blanks, the ultimate guarantee of quality.
