    Preheat the oven to 180 °C (gas mark 4)
  • Step 2
    Cut the potatoes into thin slices
  • Step 3
    Dice the tomato
  • Step 4
    Mix everything in a bowl with the bisque
  • Step 5
    Place in an oven proof dish and bake for 80 mins
  • Step 6
    Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving
Tips

Serve with a fish dish.
For a starter, add some langoustine tails or prawns to the mixture and accompany with a green salad.
For a more complex dish, add a sliced onion and carrot, 1/2 clove of crushed garlic, salt, pepper and 2 pinches of chopped parsley.
