Basque-style lasagne
All ingredients
1 tin (380 g) la belle-loise Basque-style tuna soup
6 sheets of lasagne
200 g béchamel sauce
15 g grated cheese
Let's get started

Step 1Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Step 2Mix the béchamel sauce with the soup.

Step 3Put some of the mixture in the bottom of a small lasagne dish, then alternate a sheet of lasagne and a layer of mixture, ending with a layer of mixture sprinkled with grated cheese.

Step 4Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.

Step 5Serve hot with a green salad.
For a more substantial dish, add 1/2 tin of la belle-iloise plain tuna, flaked into the sauce. You can also replace the béchamel sauce with a layer of thin slices of mozzarella cheese.
To see if the lasagne is cooked, insert a knife. The lasagne should be soft, so the knife should go in without any problem.
