Buckwheat rolls with spreads
Add a breizh touch to your aperitifs by combining your favourite spread with a buckwheat galette: in no time at all, you'll have appetisers with all the great flavours of Brittany!
All ingredients
2 60g tins of belle-iloise spreadable cheese
2 buckwheat pancakes
12 cherry tomatoes
Let's get started

Step 1Spread a can of spreadable cheese on each cake, then roll them up on themselves

Step 2Using a good knife, cut into 1cm slices

Step 3Lay flat and decorate with a ½ cherry tomato
To roll the cake more easily, place it in the microwave for 15 seconds before spreading.
Use a toothpick for easier rolling.
Replace the ½ cherry tomato with a slice of raw mushroom, a hint of fromage frais, a slice of radish, a ½ grape, ...
For firmer spreads, mix them with a spoonful of fromage frais for easier spreading.
