Armorique-style gratin
All ingredients
1 tin 1/2 (400 g) la belle-iloise Lobster bisque
400 g peeled potatoes suitable for a gratin
1 good-sized tomato (100 g)
20 g of grated Emmental

Step 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C (gas mark 4)

Step 2Cut the potatoes into thin slices

Step 3Dice the tomato

Step 4Mix everything in a bowl with the bisque

Step 5Place in an oven proof dish and bake for 80 mins

Step 6Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with a fish dish.
For a starter, add some langoustine tails or prawns to the mixture and accompany with a green salad.
For a more complex dish, add a sliced onion and carrot, 1/2 clove of crushed garlic, salt, pepper and 2 pinches of chopped parsley.
