All ingredients

  • For the stuffing:

  • 2 tins of 414 g la belle-iloise natural albacore tuna

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (approx. 10 g)

  • 2 chopped shallots (approx. 60 g)

  • 150 g cream cheese

  • 30 g breadcrumbs

  • For the coating (choice of):

  • poppy seeds

  • toasted sesame seeds

  • chopped chives

  • chopped coriander or chervil

  • dried seaweed flakes

  • tomato soup powder
