Tuna skewers
For superb aperitif kebabs, make your own stuffing and meatballs by combining our Tuna au naturel with chopped parsley and shallots, breadcrumbs and fromage frais!


All ingredients
2 tins of 414 g la belle-iloise natural albacore Tuna
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (approx. 10 g)
2 chopped shallots (approx. 60 g)
150 g cream cheese
30 g breadcrumbs
Poppy seeds
Toasted sesame seeds
Chopped chives
Let's get started

Step 1Drain the tin of tuna

Step 2Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing in a bowl, chill for at least 5 minutes

Step 3Make small cherry-sized balls and roll them in the coating of your choice
