With this original creation by belle-iloise, take a taste journey under the golden sun... The fragrant heat of turmeric, an antioxidant super-spice, combines with the lemony, flowery notes of Batak berries, a rare pepper picked wild on the island of Sumatra. Combined with rapeseed oil extracted in France, they add an exotic touch to the iodised flavour of our sardines!

Fished when ripe and in season as close to Quiberon as possible, our sardines are processed fresh by hand within 24 hours of receipt. Carefully selected, brined and trimmed, they are packed into tins with the utmost delicacy after cooking. Carefully lined up, they are presented in their blanks, a supreme guarantee of quality.

A safe bet, our sardines can be enjoyed in a thousand ways: on toast, in salads or in pies, as an accompaniment to potatoes, rice or pasta, savour firm, melt-in-the-mouth sardines, synonymous with excellence and passion!
